It had to be one of the nicest days in New York. The temperature was around 72 degrees and it was wonderful. It was a brutal winter and hoping it will not be brutal summer.I enjoyed walking around the streets of New York today and catching up with old friends. The nice weather brings people's happiness out.

I became a business traveler to New York in 2012. I've quickly learned that New York is very news worthy and full of interesting activities to keep you busy. This blog will help me stay in touch with family and friends by sharing with them the news worthy stories of the day or events that I've been to, or recommend going to.

Brigitte Grisanti New York Resident Loves Boston
My heart goes out to all the people killed and injured. We live in a society where it's so hard to trust anybody these days. You have to keep a close on everybody. I am a person that dislikes large crowds since 9/11.
The bombing ended up making me more scared to go to public events. We will always have someone or a group try to disrupt peoples lives. Someday I will overcome this fear.
I love Boston very much and I hope they bounce back even stronger and tougher against violence.

Brigitte Grisanti Heart Goes Out To Boston
New York and Boston has been at a rip for years over
sporting match ups. I was truly happy that many New Yorker's stepped up and
supported their Boston friends. This was truly sad and horrific incident.
Boston will bounce back, but it will take some time to heal.
New Yorker's will be there to support them if they need it!!

Brigiitte Grisanti Loves New York In the Spring
Today had to be one of the most prettiest day in New York. The weather was not too hot and not too cold. I enjoyed walking around Central Park. The spring flowers are blooming and birds are chirping.
I travel to New York almost every month and enjoy my visit each time. You will always find new things to do in New York.

Brigitte Grisanti New York Traffic Drives Me Nuts !!
Have you ever had one of those days when every driver seems to cut you off or steal your parking space. I had one of the worst days driving in New York. The whole world seem to be focused on my car. People would honk at me for going only the speed limit. I would pull into a waiting spot for someone to leave the grocery store and a driver would pass me and steal that spot.
I hope my New York experience gets better. Brigitte Grisanti

Brigitte Grisanti Loves The Bronx Zoo In New York
I want to the Central Park Zoo a few weeks back and visited the Bronx Zoo a few days later. It was so much fun watching the animals. The Bronx Zoo has so many different rare animals to watch. I would time your visits around the Sea Lion feeding. I always try to map out my day at the zoo around the feeding times.

Brigitte Grisanti St. Patrick's Day Parade In New York
I have never been to a St. Patrick's Day Parade in New York. I got a chance to go this year and it was awesome. I had no idea over 100,000 people show up to see this parade. I ended up standing next to true Irish people from Dublin. I had fun partying with them during the parade.
I have been to the Chicago parade for St Pats, but this parade is far better. I walked on over to a local bar for some green beer and just relaxed and took in the scenery.
